Dr. Leah Charles (Dr. Leah Gully) has worked as a general dentist in Edmonton since graduating in 1997 and is very excited to be a part of Ottewell Dental Clinic. She was raised in Edmonton and attended the University of Alberta School of Dentistry.
Her goal as a dentist is to develop supportive, caring, long term relationships with her patients. She offers comprehensive dental care and works with her patients to develop the best individualized plan for each person based on their wants and needs. She does fillings of all types, crown and bridge work, veneers, root canals, extractions, implant restorations, and Invisalign orthodontic treatment. She enjoys taking care of families, including treating children, and offers nitrous oxide sedation to her more nervous patients.
Leah knows how important it is to not only listen to each patient’s specific concerns and needs, but also does her very best to ensure she gives them the most gentle, compassionate care possible. She enjoys educating patients about the condition of their oral health, and helping them feel safe and comfortable in the dental chair as they receive treatment.
Leah lives in Edmonton with her husband and two teenage children. She loves nature and the outdoors, and spends her free time enjoying the river valley, doing artwork such as painting, beading, and drawing, and plays the cello.
